Associate Conditions of Fibromyalgia

Learning more about each of these disorders can help you figure out just how fibromyalgia is distinct from them.

Aemling381, you can also go to the "Pfizer" web site and print out forms for you and your doctor to fill out and send in to the company. They will send you 3 mths of medicine to your doctor to pick up. You can reapply every 2 moths and they will help you. I did this for my brother

Aemiling38, I also have medical and fibromyalgia. When my neurologist initially prescribed me lyrica my insurance company denied it. You can ask your doctors for professional samples. In order to get the medicine covered your prescribing doctor can fill out an appeal form to submit to the insurance company. Also try talking to your doctor to see what they can do, they know ways around the insurance problems. If that doesn\'t work try giving your insurance company a call and explain the situation to them. Hopefully you get some help.
