One thing about having fibromyalgia is the experimenting on what food to eat, what food go stay away from but it took me a minute to get myself in track mode for the what to drink and what not to drink... soda is a definite no no, alcohol a definite no no, even Gatorade has been a no no for me...what I find actually helpful is mineral water, though it is carbonated, it has helped with inflammation and because I like water but not love water, there are certain mineral waters with a touch of flavor to fancy it up, so with a relief there is more flavor in life than just ol regular water, this has been a great help and I hope it will work for all you too.
