Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, symptoms advice needed please.

Hi Everybody.
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a few months ago, and although I can come to terms with most of the symptoms I experience, there are a couple that I was hoping some fellow Fibromyalgia sufferers might be able to ease my anxieties with. I'll try to get to the point with each of them so I don't bore you.
Firstly, digestive problems seem to factor heavily with me, lots of gurgling, churning, bloating stomach and bowel pains, almost like IBS symptoms. I also had high faecal calprotectin readings from two separate sample, a sign of gut inflammation, yet follow up colonoscopy with biopsies was all clear, which the doctors have ruled out IBD as a cause. Do digestive issues play a strong roll in anybody else's Fibromyalgia diagnosis'?
Secondly, I seem to be getting a lot of vision problems lately, in my line of sight I get very slight double vision, my vision around this seems blurred or distorted. I sometimes also to struggle to focus on things, plus my eyes feel irritated and twitchy. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Finally I get bouts of feeling like I'm 'on a boat' along with pressure type feelings in my chest that makes me feel I'm struggling to breathe a bit. Is this something any fellow Fibro sufferers get?
I'd be ever so grateful for your thoughts, views and comments on the queries I have mentioned.
Many thanks in advance.
