I was diagnosed a year & half ago with Fibro. Me,family & friends are adjusting through my Fibro.I feel alone, depress & lost.Inspite with that I try to walk twice a week about a mile and a half,in good days two and a half miles but after I pay for it in different ways same thing with my diet. So I'm here reaching out to get support on how to cope with daily routine with Fibro.

Hello to anyone reading this. My name is ayesha and I am a 38 year old white muslim from u.k. I was recently diagnosed with fibro after 5 years of pain and tests at various clinics(rheumatoid etc) & being told had trapped nerves & being given morphine based meds(did help a bit with pain). I am reaching out for support from fellow sufferers as my family etc just do not understand and think I am laying it on(despite me constantly dropping things and forgetting things and suddenly losing balance in right side on occasion). I feel so lost and alone and just need to know I am not losing my marbles. Sorry for rambling.
