I'm new today and been in pain so long, I don't remember a time without it. Today I have been reading about Sam-e, so I'm going to give it a try this weekend. Plus I've been learning to meditate and so far, it's at least been helping me to sleep better at night! My problem is the additional pain and numbness of spinal stenosis and proof of a seriously dislodged disk in the lumbar spine. I need to address both issues while I wait for the SSA to have some mercy and approve my claim. Whatever we do, we must stay positive and upbeat as that's our only hope for improvement!
what happens when nothing helps your pain anymore? not lyrica,not savella and no pain medication is effective any longer. what do you do? im new here but ive been in pain for a long time.
